3. Appointments and Consultations

Engagements are scheduled upon agreement. To request a schedule change, contact us through our contact form.

4. Payment Terms

Fees are due at the time of booking or upon invoice. We accept most payment methods as indicated during checkout.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Professional Services

If you cancel an appointment more than 48 hours before the scheduled time, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund due to allocation of resources. In certain cases, you may reschedule your appointment once without additional fee by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance.

5.2 Information Products

Digital products such as e-books, courses, and webinars may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the content has been accessed. To request a refund, email support. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

5.3 Physical Goods

For physical items sold by JuriVaro, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. Goods must be in original condition. Once we receive the item, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

5.4 Non-Refundable Services

Certain expedited services incur immediate cost for dedicated resources and are marked as non-refundable at the time of booking. This policy ensures availability of expert staff and prioritization of your request.

6. Limitation of Liability

JuriVaro shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our services.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
